Benchrest May 2008

Tony Lawnicki started the 2008 benchrest season shooting a 239 8x to win our first meet of the year. Mike Tyskiewicz finished second and Chris Thode finished third. Tom Stencel swept the centerfire competition. Our next meet will be June 8th.

July 2008 Benchrest results
Blue skies and swirling winds greeted the benchrest shooters Sunday morning. Mike Tyskiewicz, Tony Lawnicki and Tom Stencel finished first, second and third respectively. Our next match will be Sunday August 10th beginning at 8 AM.

August benchrest results

Fifty two degrees was an unusual August temperature for this months benchrest shoot, but we all managed to get twenty five record shots off. This months winner was Mike Tyskiewicz, followed closely by Chris Thode and Tom Stencel. September 7th will be this years final meet.

September Benchrest Results

Our last meet of the year was won by Tony Lawnicki. Tony shot a 246 - 9X, nice shooting Tony! Second place was Chris Thode with a 243 - 8X, and third place was Tom Stencel with a 240 - 7X.

End of Season Benchrest Results

This years season winner was Tony Lawnicki. His high three meet total was 723 - 22X. Second place went to Mike Tyskiewicz 717 - 23 - X. Third place was Chris Thode 713 - 22X. Tom Stencel shot the smallest five shot group of the year measuring .185 center to center, that’s smaller than three sixteenths of an inch. Nice shooting Tom.
