Kids Fishing Clinic

In the spring of each year, DBCL hosts a Kid’s Fishing Clinic in cooperation with the Great Lakes Sports Fishermen and Monches Fish and Game Clubs.  Held at the DBCL fishing pond, the clinic is intended for kids 15 years and under.

Activities and skills taught include:

  • Knot tying
  • How to cast
  • Fish cleaning
  • Hands on fishing techniques
  • Fish identification & regulations
